Getting ready for the world cup!

Sorry everyone, unedited this time.  Too  many things on my to do list, and I wanted to get this out. 

JUNE ALREADY!
Wow i really cant believe its already just this is unbelievable. Its funny to ask myself where was i a year ago in the mission, and lets just say im so thankful for where im at and what ive learned its really aweosme. Im way grateful. hahaha

This week has been a good week. I am unbelievably tired, its really cold now and its hard to sleep at night or to get a full nights sleep haha. Buts it bad beacuse i cant really study efficently but i know ill figure it out. ADVICE would be lovely hahah

But lets see lets see what happened this week. 

So i think i told you guys about the new family that we have found. Lous y Jimena. They are awesome. We had a great lesson this week with them about Thomas s Monson. They wanted to see and hear the fruits of the restoration. And Monson just gave it to them. They were both crying at the end and told us this is the peace that they had been looking for. It was incredible to see the change and relief they are expiereincing. They were going to go to church after the first week of knowing them but they couldnt so they said they would go this next week. So really a miralce with them.

Then in the same neighborhood as them lives a family of members that basically have dedicated their lives to missionary work. They told us that there are like 10 families that are going to make a cement patha nd they need help. We went there and helped them for a couple hours and got to know all of them and it was funny to see their reaction at the beginning and then they got to know us. And now they all know us and are really nice and open now. Its incredible. And they cooked us a fried fish lunch!!! It was awesome. Thats what you guys need to do with the missionaries. DO things so that the missionaries get to know the people.

So the Familia Garrido didnt go to church this past week. But there was a very great reason why. We called and called and he didnt have his phone on. So we were very very worried. We went later in the day and they said that they were just getting home so we waited a little bit and then we went in and they told us that they had had the most increidbile sunday of their life!! What happened was is they felt like they need to go to their brothers house for lunch after having a long talk with their kids using the principles of the gospel book from the church. They wanted to go but they diecided to fix their problem and it worked. They prayed together as a family and everything. It was awesome. So #1 they are was stronger as a family. Then they went to their rbothers house. Then they proceded to tell us that they preached for 3 hours to their family about the change that they had had and they invited them to be baptized!!! What the heck!?!?! And the family accepted!!!! It really is unbelievable!!! I just cant believe it. It gets better and better with them and they invited the investigadors of the other misisonaries in our ward to thier house tonight so we will see what happens with them!!!!

Well family i really love you guys!!! i think this week what i would tell you is to have constant diligence in all things. And when we have that the blessings and answers come. I know that this gospel is true. Fight to live the gospel everyday

GETTING READY FOR THE WORLD CUP!

Well things are going great again. Nothing really new......I will do my best to write something this week hahaha

No things are starting to get crazy herefor the world cup and we are going to find out if we can watch it or no. Im thinking presdient is going to say no......but who knows hahaha.

But this week the other elders had a great success. the other elders from our sector. They had a menos activo get married to an investigador and the investigador is going to get baptized this week!!! We are very excited about that and very proud of what has happened!!

Im sorry i cant remember anything that happened this week so its going to be kind of short!!!

ITs way way cold now im just dying!!!

yesterday we had a council next to the temple so we had to go until the center of santiago to talk. And what he told us was awesome. We talked about a new plan that they are only trying in 4 missions in the whole world and our mission is one of the them so we talked about a lot of things.

As people sometimes when people dont do their job our first instinct is to complain or not even care but we cant do that. 

With nephi when his bow broke and everyone was complaining and getting angry becasuse they didnt have any food incluiding his father lehi the prophet, what would of happened if he began to complain to? They would of died? Instead of complaing he went and just made one and then asked the lord. The same thing with us. If we have a trial or somebody isnt doing all what they should in the church. Should we cry, complain, get angry? NO!! go make a bow!!!

Thats something that i really liked, dont comlain go make a bow!!
